Hi To all,
Can any one suggest refernace to how to do the finger printing of
different subfamilies of CYP P 450 ? As I  want to know the
interpretation of different CYP families.
Also regarding in Vitro method for analysis?

you might have to do multiple assays such as
Multiplex PCR-allele specific assay, Long Range PCR, PCR-RFLP ...
depending upon your requirements.

Dear Prashant Musmade
If you question is related to identification of different cyp families
and  you can do by performing western blot technique in relation to
protein (cyp enzymes) or northern blot analysis (at m-RNA level).
