I am working on a product that is given as a single dose iv push for
use as a diagnostic agent. Most of the computer programs compute Vd
and Vdss. I want to know Vd or Vdss is the most appropriate measure
for making group comparisons for a drugor diagnostic agent that is
meant to be a one time deal.
