Hi,

I am doing a population PK modeling.  I have an important variable, x,
that influences Clearance.  Also, some patient miss some blood sample
because they have too low clearance.   So missing pattern depends on
x. If I ignore those missing PK data, then the estimated relationship
between x and clearance would be biased.  I wonder which population PK
software is good in modeling such missing data.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
