1.if a drug has a high hepatic extraction ratio, with high blood flow
and no change in fraction in blood unboud or tissue unbound, what's
the effect in total clearance, volume of distribution and t1/2?

Mo,
If fu and fut do not change there is no reason why Vd would
change.
With a High ER drug, increasing blood flow will increase CL.
If there is no change in Vd and an increase in CL then t1/2 will
decrease as t1/2 = 0.693Vd/CL.
