LS,
A simple question. Do you know of any data set provided by e.g. FDA or
other
government body which is accepted as a test set to verify the PK
parameters
calculated by a PK software package or own software?
Your help will be greatly appreciated,
yours sincerely, Guus

Dear Guus,
Good question. I hope some good resources turn up. Meanwhile, there is
an alternate way to validate pharmacokinetic software, which we use in
PK Solutions. This involves analyzing text book examples and comparing
results. You can see how we have done this for seven oral and
intravenous data sets by either downloading a demo of PK Solutions from
www.Summit.com and viewing the "Test Data" sheet (which also gives a
reference for each data set, alternately, you can go directly to the
on-line Tour of PK Solutions we provide at
http://www.summitpk.com/pksolutions/pkstourtest.htm
If anyone is looking for standardized statistical test data sets, we
have a link to http://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/strd/index.html on our
link page, amongst other useful resources.
