Dear group,

Please could you clarify which of the following

equations is appropriate to calculate intrinsic

clearance values in in-vitro metabolic stability

studies although they both are same?

Clint = Vx k

Clint = V x 0.693/(t1/2)

I understand that we get the second equation by

substituting k= 0.693/(t1/2).
