Dear All
I'm working on p-glycoprotein in general , I'm trying to
quantitatively
assay the P-gp expression in lymphocytes .. I'm at electrophoresis
stage , but
I'm not sure which will be the best for quantification that may be fine
for
population studies as a basis for my pharmacogenetics project.

Most people do real-time PCR. It's not really direct measuring of the
protein (rather of the mRNA), but many times it's enough.
