Dear Devishabana
Software that can be used, as I know for bioequivalence studies include
WIN NONLIN, KINETICA and PK-Fit. Telling which one is best is difficult,
as it depends on the personal experiences. You can also do the same by
calculating the PK parameter by any software and doing statistics on any
statistical package like SPSS or MINITAB, etc.

Devisha,
It depends on the level of complexity of your drug and dosage form.
If you
have an immediate release dosage form and equal permeability in all
regions
of the intestine where your drug is absorbed, no precipitation, no
saturable
metabolism or transport issues, and no lumen degradation, then a
variety of
software can be used.
If you have controlled release and/or some combination of the
complicating
factors mentioned above, you might want to consider our GastroPlus(tm)
software.
