Sorbitol, a widely used sweetener in oral solution dosage forms (and
food
products) may reduce bioavailability of certain drugs. But anybody know
the
dose of amount of sorbitol then could begin to reduce o produce
modification in bioavailability. Which is the mechanism for this
interaction? Only for induction of motility of also modification of
permeability?
Thank you for your help
