Dear All,
Is anyone out there aware of any data on neonatal rat organ volumes and
organ blood flow for PBPK modeling.
The earliest stage I have found for organ volume is 4 wks and I have
not found anything for fractional tissue blood flow other than adults.
(there is 1 report for 2 mo. Fischer-344 rats), but nothing in sprague
dawley.
Looking forward,
Yours
Ahmad
