Please tell me how to calculate ANOVA one way and two way. also tell
me when and why anova is needed? when and why t-tests are needed? if
you have any links for the same please forward it to me.

One-way ANOVA is calculated when:
one wants to compare a single parameters, such as Age
number of sample sets is more than 2
one wants to calculate Confidence Interval based on Standard Error in
Mean (SEM)
Cross-over repeated study with 2 sample sets
Two way ANOVA is calculated
When there are 2 parameters, such as Age and Gender
t-test is recomended when the sample sets are 2.
ANOVA can be calculated manualy for following any Statistics Book.
