I am working with the estimation of Nateglinide in Human Plasma by
HPLC using Repaglinide as IS. I have noted some peak distortion for
LOQ samples when using 35% KH2 PO4 pH 4.0, 60% ACN, 5% Methanol.
can anyone suggest an established method. comments are appreciated.
thank you in advance.
