I am looking for the equation to predict drug concentration in the

setting of multiple dosing IV bolus with 2-compartment model. My

search on the web is fruitless. I appreciate if anyone can help me

on this.

The equation is correct for the case of equal doses given at equal

intervals. Note that A and B include the Dose you give at each interval.

A=D(ALPHA-K21)/(V*(ALPHA-BETA))

B=D*(K21-BETA/(V*(ALPAH-BETA))
