Hello,
I would like to use NONMEM to do some population modeling. It's the
first time I use nonmem and
I don't understand why it doesn't work. The problem should be easy to
resolve...
Some patients received 4 infusions once weekly every 21 days.
The data :
ID amount time dv rate evid
1 750 0 . 166.7 1
1 . 0 0 . 0
1 . 3 95.3 . 0
1 . 4.5 188.6 . 0
1 . 6.5 191.5 . 0
1 . 8.5 191.6 . 0
1 . 24 168.2 . 0
1 . 48 124.6 . 0
1 . 72 106.1 . 0
1 750 504 . 250 1
1 . 504 31.3 . 0
1 . 507 263.8 . 0
1 . 528 269.6 . 0
1 750 1032 . 256.8 1
1 . 1032 59.5 . 0
1 . 1035 274.2 . 0
1 750 1536 . 250 1
1 . 1536 105 . 0
1 . 1539 281.3 . 0
1 . 1560 210.4 . 0
a part of the input :
$INPUT ID AMT TIME DV RATE EVID

Data, parameters are correct. When I delete "rate", it begins the
analysis; why? what is the problem with rate (unity is correct)?
thank you for your help

Dear "h b",
Please give NONMEM's introduction manual a good read and browse the
NONMEM archives for more information (NONMEM in google suffices mostly).
NONMEM's error messages are a bit cryptic but mostly hit the nail on the
head, so look at them closely. It seems that you need to specify
IGNORE=I on the $DATA record.
Best regards,
