I'm now fitting the plasma concentration data of guinea pig after
administration by inhalation to physiological pharmacokinetic model.
I try to find out the Kp value (lung/plasma concentration ratio) by this
analysis. Do you have any data or references concerning the guinea pig
physiological parameters, especially for the lung (lung volume/body
weight
(L/kg) and blood flow rate in the lung.

Dear Shingji,
I was able to find part of the answer:
Male: 0.47 L/kg
Female: 0.52 L/kg
This was taken from Brown RP, Delp MD, Lindstedt SL, Rhomberg LR, and
Beliles RP. Physiological parameters values for physiologically based
pharmacokinetic models. Toxicol Indust Health (1997) 13(4):407-484.
Hope this helps,
