Certainly is possible: Vc/F for (R)-methadone ~145 L, (S)-methadone
~94 L (Foster et al 2005) due to a 30% difference in protein binding
to alpha-acid glycoprotein (Foster et al, Eap et al) ...similar
results after iv dosing too (Kristensen et al).
