I have a query:
what is the acceptable/ideal analytical method for oral nitroglycerin
sustained release prepration to conduct Bioavailabilty studies. Is it
GC or GCMS or LCMS

Dear Yuvraj
As far as I know the best method is GC/MS since you have to look for
1,2-dinitro and/or 1,3-dinitro metabolites of TNG in plasma, not TNG
itself.
Please let me know if you got any other info about it.
