An excellent article on how to predict in vivo P450 enzyme drug-
drug interactions from in vitro microsomal experiments has recently
been published by Obach et al, J Pharmacol Exp Ther. 2006 Jan;316(1):
336-48. The publisher (ASPET) has graciously permitted free
