Priyadeep,
It depends on the Cmax you achieve in case of dog plasma and the
highest concentration of your CS standards. (The concentrations in
dog plasma may be different from that of rat plasma in a typical PK
study). So in such cases, dilution integrity is performed on at least
1 day of validation. If during sample analysis a dilution higher than
the one covered during validation is needed, further dilution can be
validated during samples analysis by analyzing the required diluted
QC samples.
