Does anyone know if we can use a HPLC UV method to perform a 40 mg
atorvastatin bioequivalence protocol, and if there is a HPLC UV
procedure for it?Thanks

Dear Daniel Schere,
You will need to use MS detection. Also look into the "problem" that =20
atorvastatin is present in both an acid and a lactone form in vivo.
