Dear friends,
I have to design a bioequivalence study of calcium carbonate. Is it
ok to do it in normal male volunteers or do we have to do it only in
post menopausal women? Why there is no literature on terminal half
life of calcium? Then how can we design time points for the study?
please do help
thanks and regards,
Muhiyideen

Dear muhiyideen
I think you can go ahead with post menopausal women since it will give
better details than other studies (Women's are mostly affected)
