Hello Guys!
I wish to get some information about capillary depletion analysis of
a nanoparticle formulation that is being tested for CNS
permeability. I believe the analysis involves, expressing the
permeability of the agent in terms of radioactivity in brain/serum
ratio. However, I was wondering whether it is acceptable to express
the same using brain/whole blood ratio. Any info on this one would be
great!
