I got clearence and volume of distribution high of some molecules
which we have screenned. That means drug is highly cleared from blood
and largely distributed in tissues. How we will correlate this. Can
you give some answers

Shvetank,
You do not clearly state if the CL and Vd were obtained after systemic
or after oral dosing.
If after systemic dosing (e.g. IV) then CL can be compared to liver
blood flow to understand if perhaps the liver is the main site of
elimination. The apparent Vd should never be interpreted to reflect
extent of physical distribution. All small molecules are distributed
to all tissues of the body.
If after oral dosing then CL/F and Vd/F can be large because F is small.
