Dear All,
Why is a phenomenon of Dose Dependent Plasma Binding observed :
Ex: Azithromycin is 50% bound at 50ng/ml and only 12% at 500ng/ml.
What might be the reason.
Thanks and Regards

Dear,
this is a classic example of saturable dynamics.
just calculate the total bound ng from % for both the cases it is
self explanatory.
