What do FLUCTUATION & SWING refer in the Bioavailability of a drug? I
would be much grateful if you explain how to calculate the same,
stating the significance of calculating them.

These terms are used in reference to a steady-state (multiple dose)
BA-BE study and are defined as follows:
Fluctuation(%) = 100 x (Cmaxss - Cminss) / Cmeanss
Swing(%) = 100 x (Cmaxss - Cminss) / Cminss
