Hi all -
For those of you with experience in determining plasma protein
binding of drugs by ex vivo methods (in animals or in human)... what
kind of interindividual, disease-related, genetic or age-related
differences can one expect to find?
For example, if we say a drug is 1% free, what range is typically
seen? Are we talking about 10-fold? 3-fold?
Thanks in advance,
Dario
