Hi all,
I would like to find out the best microsomal protein denaturation
agent. Please provide literature reference if possible.

perchloric acid/cold methanol or cold acetonitrile.

I guess I didn't make it clear but I am interested in denaturnation
agent like urea, GdnHCl, proteinase K... along this line. I am not
interested in protein precipitation with MeOH or acetonitrile. Please
include literature reference if possible.

Dear Anila,
I think what you have should be sufficient and should work great for
you. You may have to adjust the concentration for your samples.
