Dear All
I would appreciate any comments about the bioequivalence study of
Controlled-release formulation of Nitroglycerin.
To be more specific, I am interested in knowing what compound(s) is
better to be measured in plasma, TNG itself or its metabolites (1,2-
Dinitro or 1,3-Dinitro)? At what intervals should we collect the
blood samples; Cmax, Tmax.
Thanking you in anticipation.
