  Hi,
  Dear all,
  I want to build a pbpk model in swine,however I can not determine the
  physiological parameters of pig by myself with the limits of our
  lab.So,I want to use the parameters from published literatures
  previousely,Now, is there anybody can tell me what kind of pigs are
  available such as meeting some conditions like
  age,weight,species,etc.?And how many pigs are enough at least
  (especially for tissues)?
