Dear All,
I have a problem with a compound that is metabolized both in liver and
in whole blood
I tried some simple ways to scale in vitro-in vivo: the liver metabolism
from microsomes and whole blood metabolism from in vitro incubations
with whole blood
But if I add these I will overpredict the total CL since the amount
available to the one system will continuously decrease due to the other
system. Are there any already easily available equations to account for
this?
