Should I adjust the terminal phase of the data from a Phase I trial in
the analysis of a no-compartment study?

That sounds very interesting to adjust or not to adjust? How? Why?

The question is:
If you have many points time vs concentration from a clinical trial,
and you are calculating the PK parameters. What is the best way?:
To adjust elimination curve (terminal phase) to obtain a value of are
equivalent to 0.99, or not to adjust the elimination phase and use all
the points I have obtained for my study to calculate the t 1/2 and Ke?
I think all concentration-time points are important (not to reject any
of the point) to obtain this values but I am not sure if this is a
worse aproximation because t1/2, Ke and AUC are longer.
Thanks in advance
