Hi Gopi,
In our Lab we have developed a method to quantify amoxicylin in human
plasma by protein precpitation with acetonitrile acidified with formic
acid 10mM following by diluition (4:1) with water acidified with the
same acid. The stability of this method in validation is very good.
I'd like help you completely but we only quantify amoxicylin in a
bioequivalence study.

A simple 0.1% formic acid:MeOH mobile phase should do the trick.
The composition depends on the column used, but if you run a few
gradients, it should be possible to quickly develop a workable method
