Does anyone know of any instances, preferably published in the
literature, of assessing drug concentrations in bone marrow aspirates
(particularly the supernatant) taken at regular intervals in an AML
population? Or is the bone marrow vascularized enough that plasma
concentrations are a sufficient surrogate for drug concentration in the
marrow? I assume the latter, but any opinions or experiences on this?
Thanks,
Burgess
