Dear All,

Do you know or have any information source about safety of glycofurol ?

I am considering glycofurol as a pharmaceutical expient
and have some information from "BIBRA International Ltd Toxicity
Profile", "Pharmaceutical Expients" Book, and several articles with
ScienceDirect
Search.

But, I need some more safety data from non-clinical or clinical study.
(especially in case of large amount administration)

My major concern is to know the maximum amount of glycofurol which can
be administered safely in human.
