Hi
We are planning to do an experiment in cynomolgus monkeys. During
these experiment they will be given enteric coated pills that will
dissolve once they will pass the stomach. Does any one knows what is
the estimated time from the minute the capsule will be given until it
will pass the stomach? i found a lot of data in humans, but failed to
find relevant data regarding monkeys (with empty and full stomach). I
need to know it on order to make a conscious assumption regarding time
zero.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
