usually we test our formulation by pipetting the solution in saline to =20=
check for compound precipitation.
Also from the results of the PK-studies we haven seen something =20
pointing into the direction of in vivo precipitation (i.e. some kind =20
of depot-effect, or ADR in mice, rats or minipigs)
I think during the injection the plasma protein is "helping" to keep =20
the compounds into solution.
