Dear PharmPK
I'm happy I could be added on your PharmPK list
I'm working on oligonucleotide in vitro metabolism.
Oligonucleotide is not metabolized by CYP450, microsome, they are
metabolized by endo- or exo- nuclease.
Until now I used liver homogenate. I'm going to focus more those
nuclease, metabolizing enzymes.
My question is what is best for nucleotide invitro metabolism work.
S9 fraction or cytosol?
Could you let me know some information about major journal for
oligonucleoride metabolism?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.
Minson
