Orlistat is supposed to inhibit pancreatic lipase in the intestinal
tract. Few papers also indicate an inhibitory action on FAS (fatty acid
synthase). I am wondering if Orlistat is absorbed if reach the liver and
what it's the absolute availability.
Thank you in advance
Roberto
