Hi
We are planning to do an experiment in cynomolgus monkeys. During
these experiment they will be given enteric coated pills that will
dissolve once they will pass the stomach. Does any one knows what is
the estimated time from the minute the capsule will be given until it
will pass the stomach? i found a lot of data in humans, but found only
few articles on monkeys, and their data is not sufficient.
I need some tine estimations in order to plan my bleeding time for the
PK analysis.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Yours
