PharmaPK:
We are doing Dog's toxicology studies on one of
our preclinical candidate, which is a sulfate salt (H2SO4).
We see some intestinal bleeding.
Could any one have any suggestions what is the reason for this.
I am thinking that it could due to the effect of acidic pH of sulfate
salt or it may
be due to binding to Cox1?.
Your suggestions are appreciated.

Dear Hari
What is the molecule for which you are conducting preclinical
toxicity? Is it single or multiple dose toxicity study?
Thanks
