Can anyone help me about the user defined code in WinNonlin? I'd like
to have the code for a multiple days regimen after oral administration
(eg, Bid or Qd).
Thanks a lot.
Lu

Dear Lu,
have at look in the 'Lib' folder - there you may find all compiled
PK-models as their ASCII-text counterparts (Pk1.lib - Pk10.lib).
All of them support multiple dosing.
Best regards,
Helmut

To Supplement Helmut's reply please look in the installation folder i.e.
"C:\Program Files\Pharsight\WinNonlin\Lib" to find most of the supplied
models in ascii code. If you would like to attend a course where we
spend some time examining how to write code in WNL for more user
specific models I would suggest checking;
http://www.pharsight.com/training
Where you will see we have to courses in the next month or so in NA;
Intermediate PK/PD Modeling Methodology
29 Sep - 2 Oct 2008 Seattle, WA
Advanced PK/PD Modeling Methodology
27-30 Oct 2008 East Brunswick, NJ
I believe there may be 2 places left on the intermediate and a
few more on the Advanced.
Best regards,
Simon.
