Dear members,
Can anybody suggest for the problem that i am facing ;
During my subject sample analysis the RT of CC, QC & RT of subject
samples were having lot of variation that is RTs were shifted to more
than acceptance criteria, in such case what may be the problem?.
we are having confident enough on sample processing and on our methods
validated for the same.
my query is that, weather the drug is having any chemistry or
pharmacology with plasma or not? if it is there please let me know.
Regards,
Muthuswamy

Dear Muthuswamy
This usually happens with highly polar compounds and can be analysed
with choosing a proper column chemistry.
thanks

Hi! Kindly refer the following article it gives the details of RT
variation.
The method described wherein the correction for retention time shifts
that
occur between the analysis of the calibration sample and unknown
samples.
