Dear colleagues, do you have any thoughts on the relative efficiency of
matrix versus multiparticulate dosage forms for once-a-day (Q24H) dosing?
Some have asserted that multiparticulate dosage forms are more likely to
give you bioavailability comparable to the IR form. Also, are you aware of
any published data or even published opinions on this issue?
