All:
I have just started learning NONMEM and would like to hone my skills at NONMEM. Is there a site like this for NONMEM users? It would be great if datasets were available on a public site for beginers to play with and ask questions as they went along learning how to use NONMEM along with solutions. Any pointers would be helpful.
Thanks
- Martin

Martin, for NONMEM there is an active NMUSERS discussion list, I can't recall the sign up details but owner-nmusers.-a-.globomaxnm.com should be able to help you. [I think the extranet link below might get you started too - db]
If you are new to Population analysis I would suggest you take a look at the NLME (Non Linear Mixed Effects) option in Phoenix that was released last November; http://pharsight.com/products/prod_phoenix_nlme_home.php
This is built in the same Phoenix platform that WinNonlin 6.x was released on and it's aim is to make population analysis much more accessible to newer users through flexible built-in and graphical model building tools, as well as an integrated model text editor that will appeal to more power users. The discussion forum for this is;
http://www.pharsight.com/extranet/
Unfortunately you just missed an ideal introduction last week in Paris;
Population Modelling with Phoenix NLME v6.1: 18-20 May 2010 Paris, France.
If you are going to PAGE there is a one-day course with still a few places on it, on the 8th June in Berlin. Similar courses are scheduled in the US as well and can be found on http://www.pharsight.com/training , where you can also register; Edward.Dix.aaa.certara.com can also help you with your enquiries if you are in Europe.
Best regards,
Simon.
