Dear Friends
Present I am working on stability of Ceftazidime in Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN). The analytical HPLC method was developed, prior to conducting the validation I would like to know the Accuracy and precission limits.
Can we consider the same bioanalytical (Accuracy and precission) limits to the TPN Matrix ?
For TPN 10% Accuracy and precission limits were reported by few authors.
For example If we consider 15% of Accuracy and precission limits in validation can we use the same limits in degradation study to conclude the drug was stable in TPN.
I will be very thankful for your feedbacks with some references
Thank you
Ravi

Dear Ravi,
With change in matrix type the parameters for the bioanalytical method should be re-established.
