  The simple answer is YES.
  But you need to ask yourself, as to you really need to switch to Nano
  LCMS.
  1. Reoptimise chromatography for nano LC columns
  2. Scale down incubation volumes, that also needs to be optimized.
  3. Pay attention to details, as nano LC is prone for clogging.
  A simple search for Nano LCMS should produce umpteen no of hits for you
  to narrow down.
