I have a question about doing non-compartment analysis by population PK method. Non-compartment analysis allows me to obtain CL and other parameters. If I would like to know the distribution of CL. I can obtain CL from each individual and pool them to calculate the mean (geometric or algorithmic mean) and the SD. This is similar to the two stage method in early population PK papers. I am curious if I can do this by NONMEM. I google a little bit but does not find the answer.
