Dear All,

I am trying to develop a method for simultaneous estimation of Vitamin  B12, B6, S-adenosyl methionine and S-adenosyl homocysteine from human  plasma using LC-MS.
I am facing a problem that B12, B6 and SAM do not elute completely from  column. I have used C18 (RP, cyano), C8, C4 of different Pore Sizes like  100, 175, 300 u.
Can any body guide me in the same.
