  Hello All,
   I have a simple question:
   Can a compound demonstrate moderate clearance (~30% of hepatic blood  flow), low Vss (< 1 L/Kg) and low plasma half-life (< 1.0 h) in a rat  model. If so, how can one explain this phenomenon.
