Is there a standard sampling time set for taking bloood samples from
rats on a long term toxicity study where the test compound is
administered in the diet? I'd like to take the minimum number of
samples possible, to monitor exposure at various stages during the
study. Oral gavage studies show a prolonged absorption phase and half
life>24 hours. I seem to remember Dow agrosciences publishing a paper
on this (for 2,4 D?) but can't find it.
Cheers
Alex
